Data-driven, Ethical and Fair
The G4F Skills Platform is powered by SkyHive by Cornerstone, whose AI technology organises and compares skills and jobs across organisations, industries, and countries.
Its dynamic taxonomy offers real-time skill matching, improved European and global job opportunities, and personalised learning paths to meet changing skill needs.
To ensure fairness and transparency, the platform’s AI undergoes regular bias testing, evaluating people’s skills and how they can transfer to different roles. This means creating opportunities independent of factors such as gender, ethnicity, background or any other sources of bias.
